History
2-D was a member of the Liberteens, the Pennsylvanian team of the 50-state Initiative. He was inspired by the Thin Man. He was with the Liberteens when they saved the Liberty Bell from Flag-Smasher and Ultimatum terrorists.
When meteors that had fallen from the heavens threatened to cause a mass panic, Commander Steven Rogers asked Prodigy to gather heroes on a volunteer basis to help keep the peace and lead a new Initiative where there was no forced conscription or registration. Most of the former Initiative members, including 2-D, gathered in Washington DC.
