Synopsis for "Heads Will Roll"Edit

In 1591 A London man frames innocent men for profit when he runs out of the guilty to stick their heads on pikes looking out over London Bridge. One evening, one of the dead men's heads shouts out a warning to the guards that a man with a torch is attempting to burn down London bridge. The framer protests his innocence to the guards, but they don't believe him and cut off his head which ends up on a pike next to the others.
