Overview

A notorious gangster in Gotham City, Aitch-Eyes was one of the associates of the Penitente Drug Cartel.

History

During a meeting with various other allies of the cartel, Aitch-Eyes and the rest of the mob bosses were attacked by Red Hood. Aitch-Eyes and two other gangsters prepared to fight back but were quickly defeated. Aitch Eyes was killed in the ensuing battle.
