Tony Grey was a 1940s costumed mysteryman called the raven who was partnered with his lover, Dianne Grayton (a.k.a. the Spider Widow). The duo also teamed with the Phantom Lady. 

Notes

The Raven did not have his own feature but was introduced in Spider Widow's feature as her love interest and eventual partner.
