Anthony Lupus was a former Olympic Decathlon champion, which suffered from severe headaches, to achieve a cure, he seeks the Professor Milo. Who used a serum derived from wolves from Alaska to treat it, but the serum turns into werewolf.

After examining Anthony Lupus, Milo discovers that the serum advanced transformation, because Athony suffered from lycanthropy, that was the source of their pain. Milo bargain with Anthony to kill Batman in exchange for a cure for his condition. When Batman was trapped in an abandoned lot by Professor Milo, he has the transformed Anthony attack Batman only for Anthony to attack him first. Batman and Anthony waging a terrible battle, until a lightning strikes him. Batman presumes he is dead and goes behind Milo.

Some time later, Batman discovers that Anthony Lupus is not dead and goes to Alaska to catch it so that he can give the sister of Anthony marrow transplant she needs. After successfully trapping Anthony in a silver net, Batman promises Lupus he will do everything to find a cure.
