Barbara Gordon became police commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department.
History
- That monster was responsible for the death of...of a good friend. He can't be trusted.
She bore a personal vendetta against Batman, blaming him for the death of a loved one.[1]
After 2-face-2 hacked into Gotham's artificial climate control system and had it rain a mix of Monster Serum and Joker Venom, Barbara was one of the few people not infected. When Batman accidentally brought a carrier into their sanctuary, she was infected and purposely let the Joker-fied zombies kill her.[2]
