History
The Man-Brute was a bitter man, who was chosen by Silas X. Cragg to test his own super soldier serum. The serum worked, giving the Man-Brute powers equal to those of Captain America. He challenged the Avenger, but during the fight, his own son, Robert, intervened on behalf of Captain America, which caused him to flee. He returned to Silas Cragg and killed him, after which he vowed never to use his deadly strength again[1].
