José Cuauhtémoc "Bill" Meléndez (November 15, 1916 - September 2, 2008) was a Mexican-American animator, film director, voice artist and producer who helped with Pinocchio, Fantasia, and Mickey Mouse shorts before working on cartoons for Warner Bros. and UPA, as well as the Peanuts animated specials in which he also voiced Snoopy and Woodstock.
