Synopsis for "The Crab's Extortion Plot"Edit

A gangster plans to wreck havoc on the city unless his demands for ransom money are met by midnight. When his demands are not heeded, he blows up a building full of cops. Captain Kane receives another message from the thug demanding the original ransom once again, as he is not "fooling around." The Clock is called in for help.
