Powers and Abilities

Powers

• Fear Projection: She is able to make anyone with whom she has physical contact face their deepest fears and regrets. This process can, in turn, drive her victims to madness or even suicide. However, those of exceptionally strong will such as Dinah Lance are able to break free of her thralldom.
