History
Earth-10208 diverges from Earth-616 in which the Superhuman Registration Civil War ended at a peaceful note after Captain America and Iron Man led their pro and anti-registration factions in joining forces against an out-of-control clone of Thor. The resulting goodwill between the heroes have Iron Man in convincing the United States government to choose Captain America to oversee the registered identities and making sure it runs smoothly outside of government interference as he is the only person the superhero community would trust their identities to if they had to. With this new system in place, the Avengers train new heroes and create a better world.
