History
In one possible future a clone of the Red Skull used the stolen powers of Charles Xavier to begin a war between humans and mutants for control of the planet. Hunting down mutants with army of Red Skull Sentinels and Nimrod robots built with StarkTech. He soon gained the power of Onslaught[1] Seen only in glimpses there is a small opposition of resistance including Havok, the Scarlet Witch, Magneto, and Sunfire. Other mutants who exist in this reality and are reported dead are Cyclops, Storm, Nightcrawler, Angel, Iceman, Wolverine, Marvel Girl, Beast and Banshee. The time lord known as Immortus has also been found dead in this reality. [1] However since Immortus is unique in the multiverse this may be one of his many manipulations of history.
Running one of the many internment camps for mutants is Ahab, a cyborg was brought to the modern era by the time traveler Kang the Conqueror to avenge his defeat at the hands of the Avengers United Divison. [2] Ahab helped the Red Skull achieve his goals in this divergent reality, while on Earth-616 the pair are presumably defeated, although the circumstances of that defeat are yet to be chronicled. Like in his native reality, Ahab enslaved Rachel Grey and forced her to be his prime hound. Many years later, an earlier version of Kang -- one that had not yet been defeated by the Avengers -- placed the Apocalypse Twins in this era to experience humanities ultimate victory over mutants as part of his agenda to remove mutants from being an opposing force in his own future empire. It was during an escape attempt that Uriel was forced to blind his sister Eimin when they were captured. [3]
