Overview
The Riddler is an enemy of Batman.
History
I can't just kill him. I have to think of an appropriate riddle.
The Riddler is an inmate in Arkham Asylum, and participates in the riot that breaks out after Harley Quinn releases all the inmates and Solomon Grundy onto the Justice League and Insurgency. He is about to kill Batman with a large rock, but stalls because he has to think of an appropriate riddle. Green Arrow intervenes and causes him to drop his rock to the side. After Nightwing dies, he is taken to a secure facility by the League.
