• This issue was published in 1963 during the height of the Cold War and the Space Race as per Earth-616's Sliding Timscale, all Cold War era references should be considered topical, particularly references to the Fantastic Four being the first humans to land on the Moon.
  

Trivia

• The watcher was shown in the flashback in a small flying saucer. This idea was intended to be revisited as the watchers main mode of transportation, but the idea was ultimately scrapped
