Synopsis for "S.H.O.C. Waves"
Cyberdata scientists have captured Tom Costello and placed his mind in a virtual reality simulation. They torture him by having simulacra of Cyberforce stalk and attack him over and over. Raglan interrupts and plays back footage of his unit’s battle with Cyberforce and defeat by Hunstman. Killjoy taunts him over his failure, and the two come to blows until the scientists step in. Raglan advocates using his SuperS.H.O.C. program to go after Cyberforce. In Empire City, located beneath the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Ballistic and Cyberforce awaken from stasis. Later, Alysande Morales watches as they engage in mock combat with each other to train. Huntsman enters with Alabaster Wu, leader of Empire City, who reveals that Cyberdata have abducted some of the colony’s children. Huntsman says he has tracked them, and Costello, to a facility in Westchester County. The group is debating strategy when the sound of an explosion signals that a S.H.O.C. team has breached Empire City.
