Synopsis for "Victims part 2: In Deep"

Before Gambit and Wolverine can engage the SWAT team, an armed woman pulls in front of them in a sportscar and tells them to get in. She provides cover fire as they crawl inside, Wolverine gets behind the wheel, and they drive off. She introduces herself as Martinique Jason from Interpol and claims Nick Fury sent her to help them. The police follow them in a high-speed chase through the streets, and Gambit throws some charged cards at their cars to slow them down. To create a diversion, Wolverine drives into Piccadilly Circus and causes a tour bus to tip over by slashing its tires. When Martinique drives the car onto a bridge, the police block both ends so she drives over the side into the Thames River. Later, Gambit and Wolverine find themselves in a dark tunnel standing over Martinique’s corpse. Gambit blames Wolverine, but he says he did not do it and that something is messing with his superhuman senses. Gambit blows a hole in the tunnel wall, and they jump through, falling into a flowing sewer. Wolverine grabs onto a pipe and pulls Gambit out of the water, and they continue on only to end up back where they started. Martinique appears and accuses Wolverine of the recent murders. In a rage, he slashes her throat with his claws, revealing her to be a robot. Elsewhere, a disfigured Arcade watches them on his monitors, savors their confusion, and tells Martinique her father would be proud. She agrees and says that is why she took her father’s name: Mastermind.
