- The original cover solicited for this issue was modified and used instead for Infamous Iron Man #3. The illustration was slightly zoomed and Iron Man's arms were added, ripping apart a mask of Doctor Doom.
- In the first page of this issue, Maria Hill is talking with her mother on the phone; however, as established in Invincible Iron Man (Vol. 2) #8, Hill's mother died giving birth to her. It could be one of her step-mothers mentioned in Jessica Jones (Vol. 2) #10.
