The Watcher informs Cap, Iron Man and Vision that the Goddess has sent out a universal peace wave that has been causing violent and warring factions to lay down their arms all over the cosmos; As Absorbing Man surrenders himself to earth's heroes, they begin to debate whether the Goddess is doing harm or good; Warlock, Thanos and Mephisto meet to discuss the situation; Mephisto agrees to help if he can have a Cosmic Cube in return; In trying to make up their minds as to a course of action, Professor X contacts Moondragon on Paradise Omega but gets mind blasted for his troubles; With a harmonic disruptor to disrupt the Cosmic Egg in their possession, the heroes board modified Quinjets and head for Paradise Omega; The Surfer breaks the Goddess' hold over him and is forced to battle Firelord; With grand schemes of his own, Pip teleports himself to the Cosmic Egg and turns the Goddess into salt.
