The Tenth Circle is a Justice League storyline written by John Byrne and Chris Claremont with illustrations by Byrne and Jerry Ordway. It's published in the JLA series following Dennis O'Neil's Extinction, followed by Joe Kelly's story Elitism and Chuck Austen's arc Pain of the Gods. The story is a reboot of the Doom Patrol, returning them to mainstream comics after years in the Vertigo Universe. They team up with the League to take down a secret group of vampires called the Tenth Circle led by Crucifer.
