History

Johann Fennhoff became an information broker for the European superhuman mercenary community.

At some point, through an accident involving a dimensional portal, he wound up with the form of a little big-headed organism, and started controlling a robotic version of his old-self.

Notes

• Fennhoff, while not immediately threatening, is not to be laughted at. His headquarters includes a collection of the mounted heads of spies who have crossed him in the past, including his universe's versions of Nayland Smith and Ruth Bat-Seraph.
