Synopsis for "The King of Canoga Park!"
A massive earthquake strikes Los Angeles in the early morning hours. After making sure Eden’s kids are safe, Lukasz sees a suspicious line of trucks enter the neighborhood and changes into Mantra to investigate. Armed terrorists emerge from the trucks, loot damaged homes, and round up local residents, imprisoning them in a nearby facility. Mantra takes down many of them only to be overpowered by their leader, Temblor. Able to generate powerful vibrations, he holds up the defeated Mantra to the captive residents and claims he caused the earthquake. The police arrive, and Temblor drives them away by killing a hostage with his powers. Held captive, Mantra fails to charm Temblor with Eden’s looks since a henchwoman named Devon is his lover. Mantra frees himself with his sword, and when Devon comes to drug him, he kills her. Recalling that Kevin Green a.k.a. Prime lives in the neighborhood, Mantra deduces he may have been captured as well. Disguised in Devon’s mask and clothes, Mantra gains entry to the holding area and finds Kevin. Lukasz magically juices Kevin’s powers, enabling him to transform into Prime, but a guard quickly knocks him out with a tranquilizer. Temblor appears with Devon’s corpse and goads captive residents into attacking Mantra by threatening to destroy the neighborhood. Mantra fends them off and convinces the crowd Temblor lied about causing the quake, saying he is not powerful enough. Temblor attacks, but Mantra fights back and knocks out his henchmen. As the freed captives mob Temblor, Lukasz slips away and changes out of costume. The police come to take Temblor away, and Kevin apologizes for not being able to help. Evie and Gus find Lukasz, and they leave together.
