Synopsis for "Sharks"
During a pro hockey game in San Jose, Ametta Arlington ducks into a restroom to meet with Russell Peters. She convinces him to pay double her previous bribe because Night Man took it. To avoid him, they agree to meet at sea the following night. Unbeknownst to them, Night Man is hiding in a nearby trash can and records their entire conversation. As Night Man rides his motorcycle back to San Francisco, Bloodyfly ambushes him, warns she will keep attacking him when he least expects it, and flies away. Having given up his apartment, he returns to his lair at Playland. The next day, Peters walks past demonstrators outside his office, including Eddie Domingo, who are protesting his purchase of Playland. At a diving shop, Johnny buys a wetsuit so he can interdict Peters’ offshore rendezvous that night. He spots Chalk’s ex-girlfriend Gale Yee in the shop and approaches her, but she snubs him and leaves. That night, Peters drives his yacht out to sea, unaware Night Man is hanging onto the hull below the water. When Peters meets Arlington’s boat, Night Man climbs atop the yacht to film their exchange. He catches Peters handing her a briefcase full of cash, but then Peters spots him and opens fire. Night Man dodges the shots and beats up Peters until Peters tears his own face off, revealing himself to be Deathmask in disguise.
