History
Much of Parker's early life is unknown though, presumably, it's not much different from his Earth-616 counterpart's. But Sara found out about his activity as the Hood and had a restraining order filed against him. Some time later he formed a group of non-mutant super-criminals in order to work together to make serious money. He also started a relationship with Madame Masque.
Robbins create the Sapiens Rights League to protect the sapiens and keep acting as criminals. Slowly, the true goals of Hood inverted, and he used his criminal organization to conquer Santo Rico, one of the few countries with a sapiens majority, oppressed by the mutants dictators brother Madison and Lionel Jeffries.
When Magnus's rule threatened Santo Rico, Robbins stayed but ordered his lover to leave before the battle. Madame Masque came back, seemingly killing Mystique who had ship-shifted into her to approach and kill Robbins during the fight.
They stood back to back, and resisted to the mutants soldiers, before being both killed by a Wolverine gone berserk both by the view of his girlfriend Raven on the ground and from the wounds inflicted to him by Sand-Man.
