History
Peter La Flamme was a reporter for the Daily Express who was being black mailed into giving money to a gangster named Big Mike in exchange for not revealing that he was an illegal alien.
The Press Guardian discovered the black mail scheme and put an end to it when it was revealed that Peter came into the United States in 1913 and fought in World War I for the USA, thus automatically becoming a citizen.
