Synopsis for "The Devil Dolls of Dr. Z"
After Dr. Zorn has gotten off for his previous crimes when his victims refuse to testify, he has setup in a high rise apartment for the wealthy. There the Phantom Stranger tries to ward off Dr. Z's dabbling in voodoo. Dr. Zorn uses this new skill to terrorize the local security guard for the building.
Phantom Stranger is able to ward off Z's army of devil dolls, however before he has a chance of collecting them as evidence they mysteriously disappear, and all proof connecting Zorn to it all with it.

Synopsis for "The Snake-God Revealed"
Continued from last issue... Being persecuted by towns people, the Spawn of Frankenstein is invited in by a snake worshiping cult who believes that the monster is a gift from their gods. The leader of the cult reveals their god, which has transformed his hand into that of a snake.
When the Spawn of Frankenstein sees what the cult is all about, and their intention to sacrifice another woman to a pit of snakes, the monster tries to stop them only to be cast into a pit himself.
