Synopsis for "Mission: Moon!"
In northern California, the Strangers overpower an UltraTech security team and steal J.D. Hunt’s new space shuttle. They intend to fly to the Moon in order to learn the origin of the “Jumpstart Effect” that gave them their powers. When Hunt finds out, he is furious and tells his staff to get him UltraTech’s Gordon Bell. At Aladdin’s Brooklyn facility, Jake Alexander successfully defeats a giant robot in a training session. At UltraTech in Manhattan, Bell attends an executive meeting via hologram to complain about Prototype’s public blunders, but Stanley Leland insists he has Prototype under control. Hunt interrupts the meeting via videoconference to demand UltraTech retrieve his stolen shuttle, and Leland volunteers Prototype for the job. In Midtown, Alexander bails Bob Campbell out of jail and asks for ten minutes of his time. That afternoon, Leland shows Prototype a Russian shuttle UltraTech bought and tells him he is going to use it to go after Hunt’s shuttle. Next, Leland introduces him to the Russian shuttle’s Ultra crew, Empire-7 and Supra. When Prototype tries to flirt with Supra, she grabs him by the wrist and slams him into the floor. Leland orders them to get going, and they take off. Aboard Hunt’s shuttle, Lady Killer informs the Strangers she has lost control of the craft, and it is following a pre-programmed course to a Russian space station. After it docks, the team finds the station seemingly abandoned. Zip-Zap explores it at super-speed and finds something that shocks him. Prototype, Empire-7, and Supra arrive and bicker with each other until they hear a scream. They run toward the sound and find the Strangers battling monstrous, green aliens.
