History
Much of Robert's early life is unknown though, presumably, it's not much different from his Earth-616 counterpart's. He eventually joined the Hood's gang of super powered criminals.
After the conquer of Santo Rico, he was presumably captured by the S.H.I.E.L.D. and mind-controlled by Madame Web, to explode next to a mutant memorial, killing 47 people and wounding around thirty other, allowing Magnus to invade Hood's country.
It is unknown if Nitro really died in this explosion, in regards to the reformation aspect of his powers.
