History
A science working on the Dark Force Project, she was the daughter of Muhammad Zebari, the founder of the Penance corps. Muhammad was murdered by Joseph Duffy and his Divine Right neo-nazi gang in an attempt to take over his prison corporation.
Sa'ida became the vigilante Noir to avenge the death of her father, which she did, gunning down Duffy after his last scheme was foiled by Power Man and Iron Fist.
