History
Satan was an enemy of the Comet.
At one point Satan and his minions attempted to take over a portion of the State of Florida and where effectively terrorizing the local population until the Comet intervened and put a stop to his operation. Satan used blimps to project his image onto the clouds and then kill a person whom he predicted in advance of their death.

Later, with his arm in a sling from his previous encounter with the Comet, Satan employed the services of another criminal named Doctor Zadar to hypnotize the Comet into committing criminal actions.

Satan was later killed by the Comet after he had been hypnotized into committing several robberies.
