Synopsis for "Captains Cataclysmic!"
Captain Cold, Captain Stingaree, and Captain Boomerang kidnap three captains--of an astronaut crew, a ship, and a football team--and hold them for ransom, while Black Canary, Green Arrow, and Captain Comet strive to rescue them. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure breaks Copperhead out of jail, and announces to the Secret Society that he is taking over.
