Synopsis for the 1st Story
The corrupted Dagger ends up using her powers to plunge Chinatown into total darkness. Tyrone begs Mister Negative to save her in which he decides to use his negative touch on Cloak altering his Darkforce powers into that of Dagger's. After Cloak and Dagger heal themselves alongside Chinatown, both of them came to the conclusion that they must deal with their altered powers with each other.
