History
Talia Lee was a student of the martial arts at a monastery in Tibet. She was considered their top student until the arrival of the man they called "Winged Tiger", who would later become the covert operative Action Man, but could not fairly compete with him, leading to a bitter rivalry. Years later, as the assassin Steel Dove, Talia was hired by the villainous Dr. X to kill Action Man and lured him back to the monastery in order to do so. Luckily, her abilities were still no match for his.
