Synopsis for "Strange Weather part 2: Red Sky in the Morning"

In a medical facility, the dying man praises Jackson King’s initial decisions as Weatherman. In New York, Weatherman meets secretly with StormWatch Black and orders them to Pavane, Louisiana to find out why the U.S. military has occupied the town.  He teleports back to Skywatch, and Synergy informs him that the U.S. senator whose plane was shot down had uncovered illegal superhuman experimentation by IO in El Salvador.  StormWatch is drinking at Clark’s Bar when Weatherman summons Fahrenheit and Hellstrike. They are to provide on-site security for a Stormforce team investigating the crash site of the senator’s plane in El Salvador.  In Pavane, StormWatch Black arrives and splits up to reconnoiter the town.  In El Salvador, the Stormforce team recovers the late senator’s remains and his laptop computer.  Horrified by what they have seen, StormWatch Black decides to take down the military operation in Pavane.  Aboard Skywatch, the geneticist that StormWatch rescued in California confirms the IO experimentation in El Salvador and says that an experiment on U.S. soil is next.

• In this story, Fuji reveals that the accumulated effect of nearby vibrations on his gaseous form causes him to have an orgasm every five minutes.
