Synopsis for "The Thing Hunts for Me!"
A woman rents a room in a boarding house and the old man in the room next to her tells her a strange story. He says that he witnessed an alien emerge from a flying saucer and that the monster pursued him in order to eliminate the sole witness to his arrival. The old man eluded capture and has been in hiding ever since. With his heart, he feels that he does not have much time left, and he needed to pass on the story to someone. There is loud knocking at the door, and the man panics thinking the beast has found him at last, and his heart gives out. The knocking was only another neighbor. The woman expresses relief that the man died of natural causes and then slowly transforms into the alien hunter "as it would have been dangerous in a house full of humans to have to kill him myself."
