Synopsis for "Omega and Alpha"

On Sky Island, the captive Yrial argues with the Sky People over their plan to attack humanity. Suddenly, the Strangers charge out of the jungle. Having been to the Caribbean and the demon world, Lady Killer declares they know the Sky Peopleā€™s big secret. Aula deduces Yrial helped them, and she admits it, saying the Strangersā€™ survival means the Sky People no longer need live in isolation. Zip-Zap recounts how Sky Island was once located in the Caribbean Sea. Explorer Christopher Columbus visited it during his fourth expedition in 1502 seeking gold. The natives claimed they had none and showed him the magical Starfoam instead. Columbus sent men to look for gold in the islandā€™s interior only to find them all dead the next day. Blaming the natives, he sought revenge, but they defeated his men with magic. Then, they explained to Columbus that they guarded a mystical doorway in the forest. On the other side was a realm of demons who fed on the deaths of humans. Columbus refused to believe it so the natives erased the memory of the island from his mind and the minds of his men and sent them on their way. Columbusā€™s interpreter Xuchit stayed behind and helped the natives repel a demon invasion. Afterward, they decided to safeguard the doorway by isolating the island from humanity permanently. They used the Starfoam to absorb the life energy of some captured demons and levitated the island into the sky. In the following centuries, the natives evolved into the Sky People, and they monitored human history from above until the Strangers got their powers. Zip-Zap argues Ultras can aid the Sky People against the demons, but the warrior Zara remains hostile. So, Lady Killer reveals the Strangers have left copies of the Sky Peopleā€™s story with friends and instructions to publicize it unless Yrial goes free. Outmaneuvered, Aula releases Yrial. She joyfully hugs Zip-Zap, and the Strangers depart.
