Donning a colorful costume, Jimmy decides to use his new flying abilities and get a job at the circus. He joins the Danning Circus as an aerialist and amazes the spectators with his death-defying feats. Watching Jimmy from the stands is Lois Lane, Clark Kent and Superman. After the show, a group of thugs attempt to rob the box office, and Jimmy decides to lend Superman a hand. During the debacle, a stray bullet strikes Clark Kent. Superman flies Clark off to the hospital and Jimmy returns to his circus stunts. One of his stunts involves being weighted down in a tank filled with water. Jimmy forgets that the alien potion is only supposed to last for twenty-four hours and his time is almost up. Suddenly, water splashes all about him, but it's not from the tank. Jimmy is awake and sitting in his chair in his apartment. Superman is standing next to him with an empty water pitcher. It had all been a dream. Superman explains that the true power of the alien potion was that it induced drowsiness and prompted wild dreams.
