- This issue clarifies that although Henry Pym spends his crime fighting time in New York City, his home and laboratory are actually in New Jersey.
- Although his costumes will change, Henry Pym remains as an oversized adventurer as both Giant-Man and Goliath until Avengers #58. Other indivduals such as Erik Josten, Clint Barton, and Bill Foster, and Janet van Dyne have also used the Pym serum to become "Giant-Sized".
- Story One "The Birth of Giant-Man" is 18 pages. This story is reprinted in Essential Ant-Man #1
- Sequence 3 The End of a World
- 5 pages
- plot by Lee, script by Lieber
