Plot
The Teen Titans battle a criminal named Saico-Tek who wrecks their tower and then disappears, leaving only one clue: "Brushogun." Investigating this clue leads them to Tokyo, but the trail seemingly goes cold when Tokyo's own super-normal defence force - the Tokyo Troopers, led by Commander Uehara Daizo - appear to inform them that Brushogun is only a legend. Meanwhile, Robin and Starfire try to work out how to balance being heroes with their growing feelings for each other.
