Synopsis for "The Mosconians' Master Plan: Part 4"

When the Wizard realized the seriousness of the terrorist threat of the Mosconian group, he contacted the F.B.I., which in turn contacted the Shield. The two meet briefly for the first time, and as the Wizard fought the group at West Point, the Shield went to Pearl Harbor.

After both heroes had successfully smashed the Mosconian sabotage plot against the U.S. Government at Pearl Harbor, and West Point, the Mosconian Spies were already making plans about their next attack. This time in Colorado.

While flying to Colorado, the Wizard is attacked by the spies and engages in several aerial dogfights. The Wizard's plane is hit and crashes in the water. Soon, several spies are on the ground and on the hunt for him. But the Wizard is far from dead, and bounces on them, fighting extremely well with his hand-to-hand combat skills. During the fight, he learns that they plan to blow up Hoover Dam. He hi-jacks one of their planes and heads to the Dam.

Before the Mosconian general can utter the command to fire, the Wizard jumps from the plane and zaps everyone with his ray gun. He then plucks the missiles out of the cannons and hurtles them at the other spies. But the Mosconian's get a lucky shot which hits the Dam's wall.

As the flood waters come pouring out, the Wizard dives in. Somehow he closes up the breach and yells at some workers to get some sand bags. He receives a "vision" that the "master" of the Mosconians is in Canada. He hops in a plane and heads north... To Be Continued.
