Synopsis
Given his activities during Hydra's short-lived regime, Fred Myers is regarded as a public hero, and is now Peter Parker's roommate. After learning Peter's past as Spider-Man's photographer for years, Fred convinces Peter into joining him for trivial pursuit night at the Bar With No Name, with the subject being Spider-Man. However, as Peter was swept up at winning the prize, Boomerang enrages Mayor Fisk trying to peacefully negotiate the item he took[1] to the point of Fisk issuing a bounty large enough for all patron villains to break the Bar's one rule. Risking himself to protect Peter, the two begin to connect as Fred opens himself about being alone among his villainous peers. After Fisk's failed bounty on Myers and planning to attack his roommates, a bandaged demon makes himself known to Fisk and forbids him from harming Parker, obsessively intent on protecting him.
