The eponymous protagonist of the 2000 AD strip Ulysses Sweet is a maniac for hire, an insane intergalactic assassin based on the planetoid Solonik-5, with an unfortunate tendency to kill his employers before they can pay him.

Sweet first appeared in 2000 AD progs 507 to 509 (in Tharg's Future Shocks) before quickly returning in a nine-part story by Guy Adams and Paul Marshall starting in...uh...2000 AD prog 2014 (annual), a mere 27 years later.
