Underwaterman is an Atlantean member of the New Reichsmen.

History

My people only escaped the same fate because the S.S. believed Atlantis was the root of the Aryan race.

Unlike some of his compatriots, Underwaterman has regrets towards the atrocities committed by the Nazis while his people avoided the extermination camps because they were deemed by the Nazis as "the root of the Aryan race."
