History

Ladies and Gentlemen of the assembly, I present to you the one man capable of leading us in this war to end all wars... Doctor Victor von Doom, President for Life of the United Latverian States!

Doom was appointed leader of the United Nations in the attack on the Goblin Queen.

Doom led his army across the Atlantic Ocean where he was saved from destruction by Havok, Magneto and Namor.

He apparently helped to defeat the Queen in New York City.
