Trivia
- Sabretooth's claim of involvement in the death of Senator Kelly is technically true, but he was not directly responsible for the deed as Kelly was killed by a man in the crowd. Sabretooth is presumably playing on his own legend here.
- Humourously, Wolverine tries to impress by noting that Axe was last seen fighting the New Warriors "a ways back"; it was actually the New Mutants. This lapse can be justified by the simple fact that Axe is not one of Wolverine's many sworn archnemeses, so Wolverine's sole interation with him would be through law enforcement databases. And that cuts into valuable drinking time.
