Synopsis for "The Plot to Destroy Superman"

Batman, Robin and Superman are all participating in an exhibit that shows off various weapons of the future. After showing off a number of future crime fighting devices, Superman tells Batman and Robin how he will be participating in Professor Guthrie's exhibition of a teleportation device by simulating it's effects using his super-powers. They then note that Batwoman is late for her demonstration. When she arrives, she explains that her Bat-Cycle was running low on gas and as she was filling up at a service station she overheard some crooks talking about how Superman's foe Luthor was plotting to stage a crime at the exhibition.

Disaster strike as Luthor's hired men being attempting to steal various crime fighting devices for their own uses prompting Batman, Robin and Superman to occupy themselves. Batwoman meanwhile goes looking for Luthor and when she finds him she is easily captured. Luthor explains to her that he is disguising himself as the fictional Professor Guthrie in order to trick Superman into willingly allow himself to be atomized by his device. As Superman goes to his scheduled demonstration, Batman and Robin track down Batwoman and free her and learn about Luthor's plot.

They arrive a little too late and "Professor Guthrie" puts the three heroes at gun point while he activates the device, seemingly atomizing Superman. However, Superman, having seen this transpire uses his x-ray vision at super speed to sever one of the cables from the device and uses super-vibration and super-speed to make it appear as though Luthor was successful in eliminating him. Superman then suddenly appears and gets the drop on Luthor, taking him into custody and explaining how he tricked his arch-nemesis. As a bit of poetic justice, Superman carries Luthor off to jail in a new futuristic cage that will soon be used by law enforcement.

Synopsis for "Alias Chief Magic Bow"

While out in the woods, Green Arrow and Speedy meet the Indian Princess Morning Moon who believes that Green Arrow is their legendary Chief Magic Bow. She explains to Green Arrow how their recent chief had died and that the medicine man Ch'Waka has taken control over the tribe with threats of black magic.

Disguising himself as Chief Magic Bow, Green Arrow helps liberate the tribe by using his trick arrows to pull off "magic" feats to discredit Ch'Waka who hasn't been using black magic at all, but had accomplices that where helping pull off his feats of "magic".
