Synopsis for "Super-Batwoman and the Super-Creature"

Batman and Robin go to investigate reports of a strange creature that is reportedly robbing the J.C. Fist Gems store. When they arrive they are shocked to find that all reports are true. When they try to stop the creature they find that it has a number of different powers to keep them at bay. Batwoman arrives on the scene and spotting the crooks getaway care attaches a phosphorescent paint can to the back of the car so she can track it later. Superman also arrives and tries to stop the creature but finds that they are an equal match. The heroes are forced to break off their fight when the creature ignites the oil on a fuel barge, allowing the crooks and their creature to escape.

While Batman, Robin and Superman try to make sense of the situation, Batwoman follows the crooks back to their hide out and learn that the creature is controlled by Luthor who has a device that controls the creature. When she is spotted, she accidentally hits one of the controls with causes the creature to be bombarded with energy that also bombards Batwoman and gives her super powers. Luthor grabs the controls and escapes with his creature as the his thugs try to escape out the front door and are easily captured by Batman, Robin and Superman.

While Batman and Robin locate a map pinpointing locations where Luthor may strike next, Batwoman flies off to recruit Superman and the four heroes begin their search to try and find Luthor and his creature. When they track Luthor to the scene of his next crime, the heroes try to stop the creature. However, Luthor soon learns that his device can also control Batwoman as well, and he uses her to keep Superman busy while he, the creature and his men can escape. Using clues found at the crime scene, Batman and Robin track Luthor to his hide out where the four heroes attack once again. This time, Superman destroys the controls for the creature, which in turn destroy the creature as well. When Luthor is captured, he tries to control Batwoman once more but finds that not only were her powers taken away when the creature was destroyed, but his ability to control her as well.

Synopsis for "The Cartoon Archer"

After Green Arrow and Speedy bust criminal Shory Rame, his brother, a cartoonish for the Star City News, starts drawing cartoons that are critical and making fun of the Green Arrow and Speedy. With each successful capture of criminals, Rame would print a new critical cartoon, each time suggesting three strange suggestions for trick arrows to use in their crimes. Realizing that if they take the first letter from each series of suggestions each one reads "SOS", Green Arrow and Speedy race to Bill Rame's home. There they find the rest of Shorty Rame's gang who have been hiding out at Bill's place since Shory was captured. After the crooks are all rounded up, Bill explains that putting the hidden messages in the cartoons was the only way he could send word out for help.
