Synopsis for "X-Cutioner's Song part 2: Tough Love"

In Arizona, Cannonball decides to take part of X-Force to New York and find Cable.  In New York, Val, Havok, and Wolfsbane accompany the unconscious Professor X to the emergency room and meet X-Men Bishop and Storm in the waiting area.  A few floors above, Polaris, Multiple Man, and Quicksilver stand with Lukas and Prodigal by Taylor’s bedside and discuss anti-mutant prejudice.  Once Strong Guy arrives at the hospital with Pirouette, Havok sends him to Central Park with Wolfsbane to search for clues to Cable’s location.  On a rooftop somewhere in the city, Archangel vows to take down Cable and then Apocalypse. In the park, Strong Guy watches as X-Force arrives, and he notifies Havok, but Wolfsbane rushes to greet Cannonball and her ex-boyfriend Rictor.  Guido orders X-Force to surrender, and Rahne tries to talk them into it, but they refuse, and a fight breaks out.  Strong Guy clashes with Shatterstar while Wolfsbane grapples with Feral.  Quicksilver arrives, followed by Havok and Polaris, and takes on Shatterstar while Guido knocks out Rictor.  Boom-Boom bombs Havok and Polaris, but Multiple Man appears and swarms her.  Realizing X-Force is outmatched, Cannonball orders them to retreat, and they flee in their aircraft.  As they fly off, Havok damages their craft with a plasma blast, causing it to leave a smoke trail.  Wolverine arrives with the X-Men’s Blue Team to help pursue X-Force.  Elsewhere, Apocalypse takes delivery of the captive Cyclops and Jean Grey from his Horsemen.  Once they leave, he reveals himself as Mr. Sinister in disguise. Back at the hospital, a doctor informs Val, Bishop, and Storm that Professor X has been infected with something untreatable.  Multiple Man recognizes the infection as a techno-organic virus.
