Synopsis for "I'm Gonna Stake You, Sucka"

While trying to shake off a guy trying to woo her, Dazzler follows a vampire who attempted to suck off him. She traces her quarry to an old mansion, where she discovers a whole society of vampires dress in 70s-style clothes. Their leader, Sheba Sugarfangs, says that Ivory (the vampire Dazzler was chasing) will be punished for breaking the rules. Dazzler doesn't much care and attempts to unleash a solar burst, but the vampires are all protected by their necklaces provided by Xarus. Therefore, Dazzler brings down a disco ball to splinter some woods, which she uses as a stake against Sheba, only for Ivory to take the blow. Sheba then explains to Dazzler that her society of vampires has to leave their families behind when they were turned. They stayed hidden, not taking outright killing, only to kill and drink from those who deserve it. As the vampires fade away like dust, Sheba admits that being frozen in the past is hard for anyone to understand. Picking up a flower that Ivory has on his lapel, Dazzler can admit that sometimes mutants are hard on themselves.

However, his so-called reunion has a snag, as Ernst walks up to say that Martha Johansson, the reincarnation of Rue, is actually possessing Rogue's body to experience the superhero life. Damen pleads Johansson to remain in Rogue's body so he can make her a vampire. Johansson kisses Damen to see what it is like to temporarily being a vampire, only for nothing to happen.
