• This was a hardcover 'annual' published in 1981 by Marvel UK. A Captain America Collectors Edition was published at the same time in the same format.
• Some pages of the original issues are ommitted due to space considerations, notably the scene in which Karl Lykos drains life energy from his dog by mistake.
